Hey, I’m Jodie!
What started as me just snapping photos for fun 10 years ago has somehow turned into this amazing business where I get to serve families, couples, seniors, and children in the best way I know how—by capturing those precious moments.
I live in Mesquite, Nevada, which means red rocks and wide open skies are basically my backyard. You’ll often find me photographing in the stunning Red Rocks in Southern Utah, or sneaking away to Northern Utah (because I can’t resist those green mountains—or time with my family).
I’m a traveler at heart—Europe for a month, countless Caribbean islands, and over 30 countries so far. But no matter where I go, laughter is my favorite language. I love long lunches with friends, a good book I can’t put down, time with my kids and grandbabies, and those laugh-until-your-stomach-hurts kind of moments. And honestly, being both a parent and a grandparent helps me connect with kids during sessions—I know when to bring out the silly faces, the tickle fights, or even the snack bribes to keep things fun.
That’s exactly how I approach photography too. I want your session to feel fun, easy, and full of candid moments—because the best photos happen when you forget the camera is even there.
